So all Compass teams made it to playoffs. And I think all got eliminated first round. ahaha. oh well. It was fun while it lasted.
Sucked a little for Coed because 2 teams forfeited for us to make playoffs. We actually wanted to play, ya know! Boo!
And for the Women's team... I randomly sat on a bus one thursday, one that I don't usually take, and found out about her DRD women's team. This just comes to show that everything happens for reason, right? ilove playing on women's teams so I just asked to play. I didn't know it was going to turn out the way it did... haha.

The journey for the women's team. I didn't know Wong was doing it til a bit before the game, but we both added on and after playing the first game, we knew these were a cool group of girls. Really close, organized and just nice. Some were our neighbors, finally got the really meet them! They asked for us to go early to each game to stretch and get ready. And debriefed after as well. This def helped to calm and collect thoughts and emotions. It was a nice change. We shall try to implement that in Compass teams.
The organization of the team is what helped in all the winning. Strategy and not just crazy free playing. It was a ton of fun playing with this group of girls and I'm really glad, again, that Sally allowed us to play with them. And the DRD girls for accepting us. The boys were also really supportive and helped to warm us up. That was really helpful.

I am blogging in right now to calm my nerves in anticipation for the Women's Dodgeball Championship that is going to be at 8 pm tonight against the softball club team. YIKES!!! We shall see how that goes... nervous once again. But if we win this, it will def semi make up for our CoEd BB loss... EEEEKS!
VICTORYYYYYY!!!
Cant thank you enough to Sally and the girls of Squirtle Squad's Revenge in giving us this opportunity to play! I don't think any of them would think these little asian girls can beat the bigger softball girls. We were surprisingly 1st ranked the whole time though..
Some of my fav pics are below here. They are pretty disorganized, but oh well. I think the general idea is there.
Those were some of my favorite pics. Here are the links to many albums. Very thankful that others were so supportive in cheering and taking pics especially!
