This little Benson Wong developed this new found love for rollercoasters after riding the XCELERATOR at Knott's Berry Farm 2 summers ago. He later moved onto the rides at Discovery Kingdom and after conquering all the rides there... he said he wanted to go to Magic Mountain!
This sucker is only 13 and already riding all these rides! I think I rode my first ride (Kong) at that age, so it's pretty impressive to me. He loves them now, just like his sister! tehe. There's a pretty good recording of him on his first ride there, Goliath, on my facebook. It wont let me post here. I love his face throughout the vid. I laugh everytime!
The lines were especially long today. And it was reallyyyy hot! The Superman line took around 2 hours, but it was nicely ACed inside Krypton. The ride looks scarier than it is. It needs to go faster!!! But it was my first time and that's always fun.
We got stuck on this water ride near the end of the day and they had to give us life jackets and help us off one my one. We were the one closest to the port and could have just climbed out from the beginning, but they waited til the end to rescue us. This was a first time thing as well.
Wait a minute, let's rewind to during the ride. IT WAS HILARIOUSSS!! Never have I seen such a soaking water ride! The rafts looked like the terminator! And Janet was attacked by a tidal wave near the beginning, that must have been one of the funniest moments of my life! Ahahhaa!
We finally got helped out and got free passes to other rides. We also had good company in our sui poe. These funny af american people definitely kept us entertained.
X2 is the coooolest ride ever. It twists you all over the place and it's quite a thrill-pleaser. We didn't have to line up because of the hassel of the terminator boats that clogged the conveyor belt. Woohoooo!

We started our day pretty late so we didn't get to Magic Mtn til around 2. It was also very hot and packed, but because of the last minute break down of the ride... we got 2 bonus ones! We rode Goliath, Superman, Tatsu, Water Ride, X2 and Tatsu again. I forgot the name of the restaurant. But it was in Monterey Park and known for its chicken and porkchops!
