After the Getty, we didn't know what to do. We were already in the heart-ish of LA, so we just decide that it would be nice to hit up Santa Monica Pier. It was kinda chilly and no one was riding the rides, but we got to see sunset and walk around while it was not so busy.
We were trying to meet up with Melody and Josephine. Melody is a teacher now and is super swamped during the weekdays, but Josephine just got off work and wanted to eat with us, so we plan for a reunion!

It was a great time seeing and catching up with Josephine. She is now going to be in the LA area for work. It seems like everyone is coming down here after college. But I'm really glad that she decided to take on this challenge and move down. She is one of theeee nicest person I have met in Davis and it's great to see that God is looking out for her and providing a future for her here. Hope that she continues to adapt well to the new environment and gets the chance to affect the lives of others around her.

We tried rushing down that highway to try and get up the Griffith Tower before they close at 9, I was even getting my sweet talk ready. But when we got there, they already closed the gate at the very bottom... boo! People say it's a beautiful view of the LA city from up there. Maybe next time!
Jenn did some amazing driving throughout the day in the BUSY LA TRAFFIC! Once again... mad props woman! She has seriously driven the whole shabaam of driving circumstances. Points for you!! teheheh. Really though, thank you for driving us all over the place today!
Since we missed the tower, our lovely tour guide brings us to the Lacma Museum. We go there not for the museum, but for these LAMPOSTS that they have right outside. Simply spectacular at night. Jenn parks and we run outside to do what else!? PHOTOSHOOOOOT!

That ends our Lampost Picture Fiesta. We return home to Jenn's after. Gotta go home tomorrow... booga!

Thanks again to JENNIFOHHHHH & Family for housing us during this time and treating us out to food and everything. You guys are seriously too kind! Most hospitable people, eVER!! THANK YOUUUUU! And thanks again to Jenn for driving us through the harsh conditions of LA. You're a spectacular driver! ;D
